‘Water’ shawls are a 50/50 blend of silk and pashmina, which makes them even more versatile due to their lightweight and soft nature. They keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer! Pashmina is valued for its soft fibers and amazing texture that come from goats raised in the Himalayas. The warp and filler threads in some of these shawls are contrasting colors, which gives the shawl have a shimmery iridescent look, thus the name water shawl.
Our shawls come in dozens of color combinations but the base (or dominant) colrs are pink, purple, yellow, rose, blue, turquoise, orange and red. We are happy to ship specific colors if you send us a note--otherwise our sets of 5 contain a varety of our best sellers.
